Regarding college, owing to your category and percentile provided, you hold a very strong chance of getting a decent seat at a NIT of your choice.

I would recommend you to explore your interest as then it would be easier for you to decide which branch to opt.

Regarding college, you can get any decent branch like ECE or MECH in even Top NIT's like NIT Trichy or NIT A
