You should enter the code no. "01" in your NEET application form.

To appear in the neet exam you need to fulfil these eligibility criteria:

1. Candidates need to score minimum 50%of marks in PBC (for unreserved category) and 40%for obc/sc/st category.

2. Minimum age of the candidates should be 17 years and maximum age should not be more than 25 years for general category and 30 years for reserved category.

3. No limits for attempts.
