We are really sorry to say that if you had not fill the defence quota while fill your application form then you will not eligible for the any quota because counselling processes is based on Online now days so you will not take profit of defences quota reservation .But MHCET has been provided the The correction window  where you can also correct your application form but you also not fill that same time so now days it is not possible .
