Under state quota the last OBC student who got admission to government medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh had following marks

For Statewide College:

• Siddhartha Medical College: marks 470 rank 32730

For AU area

• Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences: 441 marks 49507 rank

For SVU area:

• Government Medical College, Anantpur: 427 marks: 58155 rank

However these are previous year cutoffs and may change this year.
So, your target should be to secure 470+ marks to secure admission.
