No, you are not eligible for NEET exam . NEET stands for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test which is conducted by CBSE. If you have completed 12th standard with above 50% marks with PCB from a recognised board then you are eligible for NEET exam but as you have stated that you are from btech so I think you have maths background but not   of science (bi.p.c).With the background you are not allowed to give the exam.

No, you are not eligible for the NEET examination, as if you are studying in B. Tech. you must have passed 12th in physics , chemistry , english and you  must have biology as a mandatory subject to attempt the examination of NEET.
