Once you register for a certain course on JMI official website, you will have a registration/application confirmation page, and in case for courses taking through entrance exams there will be admit card. That should be the registration slip you are talking about. carry it during the counselling/admission/entrance exam.

The documents required during counselling are:

• Aadhar card
• character certificate
• Migration certificate
• Last exam passed marksheet (class 12 boards/Graduation marksheet)
