Sir,l took admission in first round of all India quota counselling.Can I leave the seat for state quota

Hi, 

If you were alloted a seat in a college in the first round of MCC counselling and you have already joined the college, then if you choose then you can leave the state quota seat.

A candidate can only hold one seat and if you have been alloted seat under aoq as well as state then it would require you to give up either one of the seats.
