if we do not join in first round counseling for deemed universities, can I take part in second round counseling for all India quota pls answ

According to your query,
You are not eligible for second round of counselling if you have not fillied choices or participates in first round of counselling. Now you can only apply for spot counselling only which is done after this JOSSA counselling procedure.

Dear Gayathri, yes you can register for Round 2 of All India Counselling. This is for candidates who havent been alloted any seat ib Round 1 or havent registered for Round 1. MCC has extended the NEET registration process until further orders. The Round 1 Registration process was supposed to be clised at 5pm today but has been extended. The Choice filling option has also been extended. This meabs Round Registration will be postponed. More information is expected to be updated on their official website.
