As per the details mentioned above,  you have got a good rank. As you are from st sategory, Manipur you have 15% reserved in all india quota and if seats are available and the last rank in all india quota for Karnataka in 2nd round is near your rank with difference of 10 ranks approx in st category, then you have chances. 

As cut off in Karnataka remains quite high, mop up round is only for vacant seats so totally depends on seats and students applying for it so chances remain less as per your markd but as you are st, you can apply for mop up round in all india quota and try out. 

You can also look for other states in all india quota counseling like mizoram, assam etc as their cut off remains low.
