Yes you may pay the fees to participate in the further rounds of medical counselling. If you are alloted a seat then the dues you paid before will be refunded. So no need to worry. If you have good score enough to get MBBS and you have filled all MBBS except the one you got by mistake then you can pay the fees. To participate in further rounds you need to pay the seat acceptance fee. That will be refunded.
