What he achieved in class 12th boards is an average score and this much is not enough to get admissions in the University of Delhi, New Delhi for pursuing Bachelor's in political sciences if he belongs to the unreserved or the general category. The cutoffs for the North campus as well as the good Colleges of the south campus is as high as 95 percent and above 90percent at the minimum. You can though wait for the actual cutoffs to be declared by the university on their official website.
