As Candidate has to be enrolled with respective state bar council to appear for the AIBE and you are still going to appear it means you are not enrolled with state bar council. so right now you are not eligible for BCI Exam.

Candidates should possess LLb degree from any state recognised by BCI. Final year candidates not allowed. Secondly candidates should be citizen of India as well. 

Age is no bar for AIBE exam.
