Yes you can get. However it will depend on the marks of topper as it will determine the percentile. Last rank of SC generally goes upto 9000 till last counselling. A rank within 5000 will ensure seat within 1st counselling !

Admission in aiims depend on your percentile marks and not on actual marks. To get percentile marks , you will have to wait for the entire result to be displayed. Then the percentile cut off will be declared. Based on the cut off , you will come to know the admission status .
