Amrita University will conduct counselling and seat allotment of AEEE 2018 starting from May 5 with online registration for the counselling process. The AEEE 2019 counselling and seat allotment process will be conducted in offline mode simultaneously at the three campuses of the institute - Amritapuri, Bengaluru, and Coimbatore. Candidates have the flexibility to attend the counselling session at one of the three campuses depending on their convenience. Unlike last year, Amrita University will now be accepting JEE Main scores too for admission purpose. The AEEE counselling process will comprise of the registration process for counselling by paying counselling charge, academic preference, seat allotment, acceptance of seat offered, payment of fees and document verification process. Seat allotment process will be done separately for candidates applying through JEE Main 2019 and AEEE 2019. AEEE applicants who get short-listed for counselling will be issued counselling call letters which can be downloaded by logging into applicant log-in accounts. It is mandatory for candidates to produce the AEEE counselling call letter at the registration desk, the only post which they will be allowed inside the counselling hall after barcode verification.
