Hello there
If you belong to other state category, then you won't be able to get good government engineering colleges through UPSEE. You can get JSS, Galgotia, GL Bajaj, AKGEG and such other colleges but these are private colleges and not government ones.
If you belong to Uttar pradesh, then you can get government colleges there but with this rank you won't be able to get CS/IT in them.
Most probably, you would get EEE or ECE there.
