There is very few chance of you to get any NIT however I am not going to say a direct No . Some chances can also be there .The best way to predict which NITs  you can get is to compare your marks with previous years cutoff marks . According to the last year the closing cutoff marks for chemistry remains 20+ for most of the colleges but yes since you are a sc candidate you can have some chances as well . Check out the previous years cutoffs to get better idea
