If you ask me this question, Certainly my answer would be yes. As you know that through SNQ(Supernumerary quota), if your income level is less than the limit mentioned, there are chances that you may get seat in SNQ quota. In every college, every branch has 6 to 7 SNQ seats

• Your Rank= 5000 and if college cut off is 7000, then ur alloted seat in SNQ quota
• If your rank is 30000 and the particular college cut off is 60000, then you are alloted seat in SNQ quota of that particular college.

So, kindly go through the  college websites and just have a glance at those cutoffs and apply accordingly.
