You have a great chance of joining any of the Medical College of West Bengal.
The most opted one, Medical College & Hospital Kolkata ( MCK ) had it's SC cutoff score last year to be 453.
As per that, you are well ahead of the bar set upon.
Even though the paper this year was slightly on the easier aspect, this would make the cutoff raise it's level a bit, making things a bit difficult.
You do seem to be on a safer side.
Even if you miss MCK by slightest margin ( less probable ), you can guarantee 100% sure that you would step into NRS Medical College.
