See on such marks it would be very difficult to get government quota seat in any of the medical college because the marks range usually stays above 430-450.

But on such marks and category you have good chances of getting some medical colleges with management quota seat in Tamil Nadu under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-
