Hello Subhradip barik,

First of all congrats for securing 17.9k rank in wbjee 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top colleges(it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very low chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling you may get some seats like asansol engineering college :) hope it will help you.
