With a rank of 103500 it is not possible to get seats in top colleges but yes, you do have chance to get your degree certificate in engineering . You can do your Btech degree in any of the following colleges which takes in students with similar ranks- presidency college Bangalore, Cambridge institute of technology  Bangalore, mycem , mysore royal institute of technology  or east west college of engineering. But you cannot the select the branch in which you want to persue your degree, you can only settle for the branches available for the rank. Good luck!
