Hi,
Well when you fill the form the final step of it is to make the payment. Untill payment is not done the data you fill up is help in the database. Once you do the payment the application is locked and you cannot make any changes.
So i am afraid that as of now you cannot do any changes, but you contact the customer service of the related form to get a proper help.
