S.L. Arora is basically meant for understanding of basic concepts through basic numerical problems & theory. You can read this book to clear your basics but if you want to crack your exam you need to refer other books as well.

Don't try to take burdens on youselves because it will ruin both boards and mains. If you can get time try to solve hc Verma. It will be sufficient.

sl Arora is good for boards and question given in back are also good . you can solve them too. I was suggesting you hcv so that you can get your concept cleared up to mains level.

Yes, you can consider it but I would suggest you to go for better books like Halliday, Resnick and Walker University Physics IE IRODOV THEORY BOOKS IE IRODOV PROBLEMS IN GENERAL PHYSICS.
