Hello there,
S.L Arora's book is very helpful for boards and for jee mains to some extent. It will concrete your basic theory.
However i wouldn't recommend you that book for jee advanced preparations. Jee advance require high level thinking and therefore you have to practice different type of questions and the book focuses on theory more.
You can alternatively consider Arihant Publication's book for jee advance.
