Dear aspirant,
JEE advanced result examination for admission into various Indian Institute of technology, IISC Bangalore and other Institute of prominence in India for engineering. JEE advanced is conducted in the month of May and you have to first towards the first phase of the j e e examination that is JEE main. You have to clear the cutoff of main exam and if you are able to do that you will be eligible for taking JEE advanced exam. As for SC category it will be helpful for you in a way that your cutoff in main exam will be a lot less than that of a general category to give you an idea the cutoff of an SC category student is almost half of that of general candidate.
If you are an eligible SC with all the documents to prove it like your caste certificate then you must apply as an SC candidate to the exam. Similarly you will also get benefit in the j e e advanced exam.
