Hello,

To get admission in to a medicine you must appear for NEET UG.  The eligibility criteria to be eligible is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 50% marks in PCB, candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC must score minimum 40% marks in PCB and for PWD it is minimum 45% marks in PCB.

You need to score minimum 40% marks in PCB including theory and practical. As you have scored 44.7% marks in PCB subjects you are eligible to appear for NEET UG. There isn't any weightage given for marks scored in 10+2.  The admission is based on merit in NEET UG only. You need to qualify in NEET UG to get seat in a college.
