To get 300+ in Biology, you have to complete all chapters in Biology. Study NCERT only and try to finish it. You may take help of Youtube channel - Vipin Sharma's Biology. And also Careers 360's NEET Rank Booster.

Start from Ecology Unit (Unit X of Class 12 NCERT Biology)
Then Genetics and Evolution (Unit VII - 12 NCERT)
Human Physiology (Unit V - 11 NCERT)
Diversity of Living Organisms (Unit I - 11 NCERT)
Reproduction (Unit VI)
Biology and Human Welfar (Unit VIII)
Plant Physiology (Unit IV)
Cell Structure and Function (Unit III)
Structural Organisation in Plants and Animals (Unit II)

This is the sequence in which you are expected to study Biology (arranged from higher weightage to lower). Best of luck
