With 82 in KCET PCM, chances for CS in top govt colleges (like RV, BMS, MSRIT) are slim unless he has category reservation. But he may get CS or related branches (like IT, ECE, AI-ML, Data Science) in decent private colleges or newer govt colleges.

With 68% in board exams (PCM) and an approximate score of 82 in PCM in KCET, securing admission to Computer Science (CS) or related branches in Bangalore may be challenging, as these courses are competitive. However, you still have a chance in some private colleges or universities with lower cut-offs, especially if you belong to a reserved category. Colleges like PES University, RNSIT, and New Horizon College of Engineering might be options to explore. Keep an eye on the KCET counseling process for specific seat availability.
