Hello,

Minimum percentage required to be eligible for VIT is 65% aggregate in PCM/PCB in +2.  You don't have to take any entrance exam for it.  Students who have done full time and formal education are allowed and must be resident of India. Admission will be done on the basis of percentage in +2 of the candidate.

For Mtech with any domain specialization, you need to have minimum 65% to get an admission.
