At 40 percentile it is not possible to get BCE patna specially CSE bcz the no. of seats are only 60.
But if you belongs to sc/st then may be u can get seat in cse or any other courses. So, first go and predict your rank using the link and then check BCE cutoff of all the courses.

If you are from general category then CSE at bakthyarpur college of engineering is not possible at 40 percentile. The opening and closing rank for CSE is 40-818 for general category, 982-1086 for SC candidates, 1786-1786 for ST candidates.
