I'm assuming you are asking about NSS means National Service Scheme. It is available in every college. You should join NSS because it will help you to acquire leadership skills, will get to learn how to organize events to spread awareness among people etc. It will incorporate a  sense of social responsibility in him. In short, you should join if you wants to develop your overall personality through community service.
