I think you may get a seat in up because 544 is a good score.but this year is more than marks the rank is mattering so if your obc rank is 1250 there are probability of your to get a seat.rest is not sure. So I will suggest you to keep calm and wait till the last round counselling .I think there you may get a chance to bag a seat .All the best
