Sorry you are not eligible for the TNEA, however the criteria for TNEA is as follows

Tamil Nadu candidates who have passed their Class VIII to Class XII standard in Tamil Nadu.



Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years at the time of TNEA application form submission.



Sons/daughters of All India Service Tamil Nadu cadre officers.



Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognised institutions who at the times of TNEA 2018 application form submission had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible to apply, irrespective of their domicile.



Other state candidates who have studied from Class VIII to Class XII in Tamil Nadu can also apply for TNEA 2018.



Tamil Nadu native candidates who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI and XII standards or their equivalent examinations from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply for TNEA.

There are some rules that has to be followed inorder to apply for tnea so go as per the respective

Well, unfortunately you cannot apply for TNEA  The rules are as follows:

• Those applicants will belong from the state of Tamil Nadu and they will be qualified Class VIII, IX, X, XI and XII in the state, only they will be eligible to apply for admission.
  
• Those candidates are working as cadre officers in the ward of All India service Tamil Nadu, they can apply for admission.
  
• At least one of the parents of the candidate should be employed in a Public sector or in any institution for the past five years recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
  
• Tamil Nadu domiciled candidates should have appeared any of class VII, IX, X, XI, and XII or any equivalent examination outside the state, so they can also apply provided they enclose the certificate of Nativity in electronic form/ digitally signed e- certificate.
