As you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General. Now, according to the rank you have mentioned in the question you can get top NITs like NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Jaipur if you deserves Home state quota for them as per previous year's cut-offs which you can check from the link given below :-
