There are many colleges in uttar pradesh where you can do bsc honours course .Some of them are banaras hindu university ,integral university (the fee may be above 30k) ,Aligarh muslim university (11k for 1st year ,4k for 2nd n 3rd year ) , dyalbagh educational institute ,etc these are colleges I personally know .You can also find others .
