To explain, what might happen in short, you will be held for malpractice and have your both certificates cancelled. You haven't mentioned the reason why you study 10th twice. Even if you study 10th twice from 2 different boards, you cannot use both the certificates. You have to use the latest one. Using both certificates will be a case of malpractice and fraud and you may be held in contempt.
