Himalayan College of Nursing, Dehradun is generally a better choice for B.Sc Nursing. It is part of a well-recognized university and has good infrastructure, clinical exposure, and placement support. SVM College of Nursing, Baland is decent but less known for placements and overall reputation.

If your priority is quality education and future job opportunities, Himalayan College is preferable. If lower fee and local proximity matter more, SVM can be considered.
