We understand that you are bothered. ButCSAb neut 2019 have been started by NIT tiruchirapalli for students belonging to the north eastern states and union territories of India. Seats would be offered to students of 12 states namely Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Mizoram, Tripura, Manipur, Daman & Diu, Andaman And Nicobar, Dadra and ngar haveli and Lakshadweep on the basis of ranks in Jee mains 2019 due to limited number of colleges in these places. As a student of Telangana, you would not be eligible to come under these registrations.

Therefore you cannot register in the above.
