Hi,
Gate syllabus covered topics in btech. Irrespective of your branch , you can side by side do your preparation for gate exam. For clearing the basics and for understanding the concepts you can refer nptel video lectures and college notes. Practice the question using notes in nptel and most importantly practice practice. Because gate test understanding capacity and knowledge of applying concepts for practical solutions
