hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that both are branches of BIET jhansi are very good . Coding culutre of cse branch is more better than IT branch due to students crowd. But if you are hard working students ,have keen in data structure and algorithms then you can go for BIET jhansi IT branch and will get placement in a product based company
