Ambedkar University Delhi is a much better choice as it is a Govt. college, so it will automatically hold more value. Though the entrance is tough and you will have to face a lot of competition but the college has its worth and obviously because it is at the heart of the Delhi, it has a good crowd. The academic fees is very less and the syllabus of MBA course-AUD is highly updated if one compares it to other 95% B-schools in India.
