Dear Aspirant,

I think you are talking about West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination. TFW means Tuition Fee Waiver scheme. This means you will not be needed to pay any college tuition fees but you have to pay a very minimum charge as the University fees. 

Coming to your rank. In TFW quota there are very few seats but considering your rank I am sure you will be able to get into a average engineering college in West Bengal.

2. CIEM 

3. BC ROY ENGINEERING COLLEGE

4. SWAMI VIVEKANANDA COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY.

5. BIET , SURI

7. DIATM, DURGAPUR

Some other colleges on this list will also be there.
