The admit card was supposed to be submitted at the centre, so basically for the counselling session I need to print the admit card and get it filled and signed by my parents. Is this what we are supposed to do? What about the columns which said signature of invigilator?

Hello Aspirant! Please clear which exam you're talking about as rules are most probably different of every examination. If talking about JEE, then no you don't need to print your admit card as admit card isn't needed in the counselling process. It needs only certificate to be signed by you.
