You need to give the entrance exam named AIPVT and you must complete your 12 with minimum 40% in physics, chemistry and biology. 

State government also conducts their own seperate exam for vetenary course. However some colleges use neet marks for councilling.

To get into Vetenary colleges, you have to firstly get a rank in NEET and qualify the examination, which makes you eligible for the AIPVT exam which allows you to compete for seats from 41 vetenary colleges all over the country. Here's an article that could help you out more:
