BPT is short for Bachelors of Physiotherapy. If you want to get admission in that course then you have to go through the procedure of NEET/ any state exam.

If you have got a seat in engineering and you are really interested in that course then you should take admission in that seat. However wheteher or not you will be able to cancel that seat (and the seat acceptace fee etc will be refunded or not) is debatable (it depends on the institute you got admission in).

My advice will be to first get in touch with the administration of the institute you got a seat in with respect to if you will be able to cancel your admission later or not.
