Colleges of Delhi University will announce the seventh cutoff list on August 6, 2018.
Cutoff will be released for the seats which are left vacant.

Firstly it not sure that 7th cut off is going to be released or not by university of delhi. As its already 28th july and classes have already begun from 20th july, so there is no official news regarding 7th cut off from authorities.

Well you can just wait for the official confirmation regarding same.
