Hi Tusi,


The West Bengal State Level Selection Test (SLST)  is conducted for the recruitment of Assistant Teachers Post for West Bengal Government schools. The fee for appearing the examination is Rs.250/- for OC category and Rs.80/- for reserved category.

The exam consists of 55 Multiple Choice questions (MCQ's) m Each question carries 1 mark and a wrong response will be awarded 0 marks i.e there is no negative marking.


The number of posts for which the exam is being conducted are tentative and the exact number will be released during the time of declaration of results.


For Upper Primary Level the syllabus is

First language, Second Language (English), Bioscience, pure science, history, geography, physical education, work education.


For secondary Level the syllabus is grad in

Urdu/hindi/ history/ mathematics/geography/ physical science/ life science.
