Hi, Actually your question is not clear. I would suggest you please read your college instructions thoroughly they will surely mention about it in instructions whether they wants self attested copies or Attested by gazetted officer. And do accordingly .

According to me you may need to print them, get it attested and then Scan and Upload. Self Attestation means that you have to sign it yourself. Attestation by a gazetted officer means signature by a gazetted officer.
