yes. Few colleges offer different cut-off for single girl child.

so if you are a girl and single child of your parents, you can seek for admission in colleges.

DTU has one seat reserved in every course and branch for single girl child. DTU has courses in engineering, management(BBA), BA hons economics and B.design.Its a very reputed institute.

Hi Smart,

There is no separate cutoff for males and females in general category,though there are separate cutoffs for different categories like general,SC,ST etc.
