For private state college counselling their is no need that you have domicile certificate. But if you have domicile certificate then it will helps you to get better college  because their is a reservation for those student who have domicile certificate for that state college.

The Karnataka Examination Authority conducts the NEET counselling. Karnataka allows the other state students to participate in counselling process for medical College. The domicile and non domicile both can claim seats based on their merit list .
